At DAHABÉ we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any concerns, we are here to assist.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@dahabey.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and we will arrange a replacement right away.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a return or refund.
